At Swiss Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible beauty products within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the products are unused, in their original packaging, and with all seals intact to qualify for a successful return process.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  After our warehouse team verifies the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
